Jessica Thompson is the Director of Mentorship Programs at Los Angeles Hope for Kids. For more than a decade, she has been actively engaged in youth development and nonprofit leadership. Jessica believes firmly in the importance of infusing one-on-one guidance into the lives of young people. She leads recruitment, training, and matching mentor and child relationships in such a way that each would be positioned to encourage personal and academic growth. She has definitely been committed to the development of trusting, influential relationships that have made her an indispensable leader for the organization in driving its mission of building the next generation of leaders.
